Hello, I’m trying to plan a small family outing and language is a big one for us. Ideally the crew can speak Russian or at least very clear English so my parents don’t feel lost. Is there a way to know in advance who’s assigned to the trip, and whether we can request a specific skipper if someone comes recommended? I’d rather sort it during booking than play roulette at the pier and spend the first fifteen minutes clarifying basics.
